Looking for something unique to do this Valentine’s Day?

How about an outdoor, fireside Picnic in the Forest with your favorite person? Choose from three thoughtfully designed packages, each offering a different level of romance. Your picnic includes a packed picnic basket chosen from the menu options below—or the option to bring your own food—and a firepit in the gazebo to keep you warm as you enjoy the romantic setting.

The Valentine’s picnic features extra romantic details, including a candlelit walkway, additional candles around the gazebo, and a real rose petal path to set the mood, depending on the romanice level you have chosen. You can also enhance the experience with add-ons like mixed flowers or roses. 

The gazebo is fully equipped for comfort, with couches, plenty of blankets, hot water bottles, heated slipper boots, and hot shots to keep you cozy. While we’ve provided everything to make your time as warm and relaxing as possible, please dress appropriately for the weather, as your comfort is a shared effort.

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email with a Google form to select your menu, customize your experience, and finalize the details of your Valentine’s picnic.

 1. LEVEL 1 - Flickering Flame Package 

Each picnic takes place in a covered gazebo with couches, cushions, firepit + wood, and blankets! This picnic level includes:

  • Food provided - you will choose your menu from our list
  • Romantically set up table with extra decorations - I love you signs, fake roses, some candles, etc.

Option 1; Pizza Dip Basket:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled one week in advance will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled less than one week in advance will have a $50 non-refundable fee. Bookings cancelled in less than 48 hours may be subject to a larger fee at our discretion depending on what has already been prepared. 


If you choose to book on Valentine's Day, (February 14th), there is a different cancellation policy as it is a holiday, and high in demand.
Special Occasion Day Cancellation Policy:
Bookings must be cancelled one week in advance to receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled less than one week in advance will be subject to an $80 non-refundable fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours will not be refundable. 
Rescdulings must be done 1 week in advance due to being a high demand date! Or may be subject to fees for pre-accounted for picnic items.

The fees noted above do not apply to reschedulings. 

As you are covered from snow, picnics go forward Snow or Shine. We will honour any reschedulings within 48 hours before. Anything less than that will be subject to a $50 fee unless we have to reschedule on our end. 

We only cancel due to severe weather conditions. For example, Snow Storms, Wind Storms, and weather conditions -20 or below. The gazebo is equipped to keep you warm down to -20. 

*Please note that Children and Infants are NOT allowed to accompany you on your picnic. Picnics in the Forest is not infant or toddler-friendly. It is our policy that only 2 guests may attend the Romantic picnics unless otherwise discussed. If you show up with children, you will not be able to attend your picnic experience. We apologize for the inconvenience, we only have your best interest and safety in mind.
